Hello, from the Stone Bake Oven Co

Postby laura » 28 Jun 2011, 11:56

Hi,
Considering we all love alfresco dining, entertaining outdoors, getting involved with what we cook and how we cook, i thought id join this forum to see whats going on and if anyone has any questions about wood fired cooking?
I am part of the Stone Bake Oven Company, we have a range of wood fired ovens, and i am here to have all sorts of questions thrown at me!

Wishing you all a successful summers cooking and BBQing.

Hi Laura,

I have only just been looking at one to be honest....

I was thinking about building one in the garden and cooking up some pizzas and roast lamb....

Ah! Sorry about the think  must have missed that part!

Thanks for having me!

Burntwood boy: Pizza's cook to crispy perfection in less than 90 seconds/ 60seconds if youre good! ;)
You can smoke roasts and more, dont get me started on bread recipe's either. If you want to see what you can do with one check out the stone bake oven company website, there's a recipe section.

with regards to building one, you can go the whole hog, with guidance online, or purchase one of our Primo or Kit ovens which you can build in yourself, with all the parts you need supplied, this means you can tailor the design to your requirements.
we also stock all the accessories you may need,

let me know if i can help otherwise,

Laura

Hey Ed,

I'm sure we can come to an agreement,

tell you what, a wood fired pizza oven beats a BBQ in the current weather! Dont you agree??

have a great day!
