Hmm bit a bout me,
I bought myself a Weber GMS 57cm Kettle last year (due to my father owing his Weber kettle for over 20 years, you get what you pay for and all that). Use my kettle a lot, more for Shoulder of Lamb, Slow 'n' Low with the snake method of charcoal with Whiskey wood ships over the coals for about 8 hours, recently did my 4KG Christmas Turkey on it using indirect heat...Delish!
Reason i joined is i have acquired a Tepro Milwaukee Smoker (for the price of a cheap bottle Vodka) and will be needing some advice on how to use it before i spend the money on the meat the Smoker deserves, Boston butt, USDA Brisket and so forth
