I'm Simon. I live in Manchester (Urmston, to be precise, near the dreaded Trafford Centre). I've got a battered but beloved 47cm Weber BBQ which I mainly use for indirect cookery. I'm looking to get into UDS cookery this year, so I'm hoping to learn all I need to build my own from you guys!
