Just joined the forum and looking forward to participating in some interesting threads. I have been using my Weber Q320 almost daily for coming up to three years and to be honest I'm still determined to find something I can't cook on it.
My son took a carefully constructed hint and recently bought me a WSM and yesterday I fired it up for the first time. I decided to smoke a Pork joint which my wife and I have just devoured with some Mac n Cheese and a side of Vinegar Slaw.
The meat has come out a little too smokey but I now realise that I have made some elementary mistakes which can be corrected next time.
So, onwards and upwards - remaining positive but not totally sold on the smoker yet as it is up against very stiff competition with my Weber grill - looking forward to learning from those more experienced than me
