West country cold smoker

To be honest you may be better getting a Cold Smoke Generator from ProQ.
I suppose it depends on the quantities you intend to smoke, intensity of smoke based on actual smoking times etc but I do know they are quite popular. I had one but I never really used it, not for any reason other than I don't have much food that is cold smoked.
If you have a bullet smoker such as an excel or WSM you could probably achieve the same or similar results.
