I have absolutely no intentions of competing but Montana has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth. I'm sure that it will be a fascinating competition to see and the award ceremony alone is going to be some spectacle. I'll be here though as the BBBQS season will be in full swing and I want to go back to Tennessee next October.

There is a lot of talk around if this is legit. $25,000 for a rib eating contest?
I have had several friends Inquire about entrant fees and all they receive is a form letter welcoming them to the cookoff.
Doesn't seem to organized for the type of payout.
If I hear anything I'll give ya'll a shout.
Thanks Chuck
