As I understand it
Your entry fee includes
1 Brisket
1 Pork butt
2 Racks of ribs
10 Chicken thighs
You are alowed to bring the same again, so;
1 Brisket
1 Pork butt
2 Racks of ribs
Hmmm, Actually now I come to think of it, not too sure about the chicken,

Think you can bring more thighs or whole chickens, or wings, breasts etc.

I'll leave Toby to confirm though.
