You mean you're going to eat "foreign" food in the US?

Have you tried the Coast to Coast franchise yet I understand there's one in Brighton?

Oh yeah, I ate at a few places like this in Cambodia but it wasn't as posh.

Sat at a plastic table and a plant pot with a mesh on top was placed next to your table and you were brought some plates of raw meats, salad and rice. It was fantastic

There is also a different 'BBQ' where there is a dome like metal object with lines in to let the heat and smoke through which you place you meat on and a with a shallow moat running around the bottom, you fill that with water and noodles and the juices that dribble down from the meat make a broth in the moat, the too is AWESOME

** EDIT **

Found a pic on someone blog

I was more thinking of the Bangkok restaurant, Keith. I'll be heading out to Thailand soon to get back in touch with their marinades and grilling techniques. Next summer it is my intention to concentrate on ''Ready, Steady, Q'' and then Texas restaurant BBQ as opposed to competition style.
