How do you like your ribs?

Interested to know how people like their ribs, competition or falling off the bone?
I have done them competition and the juices actually squirted onto my cheek. They pulled off the bone and were very tasty but a part of me still prefers falling off the bone!
Am I just a philistine?

Nope! my preferred is falling off the bone too. The way I Iook at it is that your family and friends are not KCBS judges and you get more praise with melt in your mouth drop off the bone me thinks.

I don't like them "falling" of the bone, I like a little bit of a bite to get the meat off.

When your 86 year old mother thinks you are a bbq god because she can get into the meat without dislodging the palate on her teeth then falling off the bone is the dogs!
