Best baby backs

Just left on for 4 hrs at 250 f and didn't fuss too much. Basted twice very quickly and lightly. No crutch or anything else....best I've done by some distance :P

Must've been some meaty ribs! Last time I cooked like that mine ended up really dry

I always find the simpler and less fuss the better ;)

They were lovely and meaty, but I also marinated for a few days rather than using a rub so I think that may have something to do with it.
