Second attempt

Have to say well chuffed with second attempt, listened to advise given on here. Did pork shoulder again, about 2.5 kilos. Moved wsm to new position and it kept temp on two scoops of charcoal for 9.5 hours cooking. Pulled apart like a dream after resting. Sorry no photos as I was well hungry and half pis**d at time.
