Its been a long time and I feel like I have sinned as I haven't fired up the UDS in 5 months! Please forgive me BBQ Gods.

Anyway to make up for the fact I have miss treated my UDS I made Lunch and dinner today on the UDS. I cooked all of the food at 325F with the help of a Pitmaster IQ, which I bought from JEC. It was awesome, constant temp didn't miss a beat.

For Lunch I made some chicken boobs, as thats what I had on hand.

These are the birds rubbed and ready.

Cross section of the boob, nice and juicy! Just how I like them

I have to say this was the best chicken I have ever cooked, it was so moist and flavoursome.

Then onto the evening meal. I was craving some pulled pork and ribs, so thats what I had.

Pork shoulder rubbed and ready to go.

Ribs off and sliced, slightly overcooked but still edible.

The shoulder off and getting ready to rest. Probably the best bark I've had so far.

That's some nice looking food. You should be ashamed not using it for 5 months  however the amount you cooked yesterday has probably more than made up for it!!

Wowsers...can I ask how long you cooked the chicken at 325f for?

Cheers.
