Did these for the first time with the bacon this week. Not ideal bbq conditions as I was in a rush when the little pig wouldn't get hot quick enough. Anyway they were okay. A lot of faff for mieh food. Then I ate the leftover one the next day. Beautiful. Smokey and creamy and salty and BACON!
We tried again last night, this time mixture of cheeses, creamed cheese and cheddar, (some with chopped bacon in them) then breaded and deep fried for a while, we finished some in the oven to see if there was a difference.
