Cos Slatts made me hungry

Had to cook some beef rib after seeing pics Slatts posted yesterday;

normally don't put anything more than S&P on beef but wanted to try a new rub;

Then threw it on at 250f - lets see how we get on.

4 hours in and ready to foil

Just unfoiled them and chucked them back on for 15 mins while I get everything else ready;

:lol: I don't mind sharing as long as you share your beef ribs although I have a feeling they have all gone!!!
