I've watched this a couple of times in the past, and sir, you are indeed generous he's more than a little mad!!!!!
Wouldn't say no to a taste test though. It's a format I may have to follow (the siting of the piggie not the madness) if I hope to get a suckling pig done this year. I'm still hopeful of rotisserie cooking it we'll just have to see how things pan out.

Suckling pig is definitely on my to do list. Would be a good run out for the Ranch. As Keith says I think you are being very generous about the presenter.

It's gonna happen. Don't know when but just found a place about 25 miles away that sells suckling pigs!!! Need to do some planning & research. Having watched that YouTube vid looks essential to get pissed before you start cooking :lol:

Yep that sounds like a great plan. There's a great porchetta style recipe in Wicked Good BBQ. Would fit perfect on a ranch.

I need to get me one of those bad boys.
