It has been a while since I posted, hope you are all well !

I have been cooking Turkey on the Egg for 5 years now, both xmas and thanksgiving. I follow Mad Maxs guide and it has served me well. The key is to make sure the juices form the turkey don't burn in the pan, he uses a ton of wine but really makes the best gravy. The recipe isn't too far off the Delia Christmas guide, I use the same timings.
