Yeah, I'll use up the briquettes run of the mill stuff. I've got plenty of applewood for smoking from a guy who I work with, as well as some Weber Hickory to keep me going. As far as the meat is concerned, they were ok and I'm glad to be learning on these rather than expensive ones. They had these at £19.50 and others at £29.50 too.
