22" OTP into a smoker?

Postby AndyHull » 01 May 2014, 12:48

Hi all,

I have a OTP and am now finding im running out of room on it for smoking/cooking ribs and pork shoulder.
I can (at a tight squeeze) get 2 racks and one pork shoulder on the grill at once but thats it.
I will be having a few garden parties this year and will need more than that to satisfy everyone.
Is there a conversion to add to the OTP to give me several levels to cook at like on the WSM (etc)?

I am asking this as im building an outdoor kitchen with a brick pizza oven built in with a tiled roof (etc) so we don't have to keep going in and out of the house and want to be able to cook/smoke out there too.
If i have several levels to cook on i can do chicken thighs (etc) too.

Sorry for the long winded question.
