hahaha just done my first brisket and although the slices are for a family meal tomorrow the burnt ends are about to come off the smoker and she doesn't want anything to eat, they are very tasty aswell
1st smoke I filled the charcoal ring right up (WSM 57) 2nd smoke 1 chimney starter full unlit coals and 1 lit chimney because it was only one rack of ribs & one beer can chicken (5 hours) Cheers Dennis
