Hi all, almost finished the off set smoker refurb, had some new replacement grills made.
The old ones were chrome and gone rusty, the new ones are made of stainless steel, my question is whether I should season these before using???
Thanks
Jim

No point in sealing stainless steel, it serves no purpose. On cast iron as I'm sure you know it forms a protective layer which prevents rust and food from sticking. Anything stainless just get cooking.
