Can I ask does anyone have any experience buying from wowbbq.co.uk? I'm considering buying from them but I'd like to know if they are any good first?

Thanks.

I've no experience with them myself, I tend to use BBQs 2u for all my Weber goodies. Everything i've ordered comes next day, very helpful chaps. https://www.bbqs2u.co.uk

My only experience was buying a cover for my Weber. The one supplied was not as pictured and they would not take it back. Waste of £40 and I now have to try to sell it on Ebay

I've no experience with WoWBBQ, I've been on their site but I ended up buying my new MasterTouch from Riverside Garden Centre (http://www.riversidegardencentre.co.uk/bbq) as they have a good record of top quality service. I wasn't disappointed :)

I've used Wowbbq quite a few times (ordered off them today in fact) and have never had an issue. Prices are usually competitive.

I've used wowbbq a few times. Last time I used them to buy a WSM 47cm, website said they were in stock. So I ordered one on a Monday so would get it by the weekend. Got a email 2 days later to say they were out of stock. So we didn't get it by the weekend :( after a few phone calls to find out if stock was coming in or not a few more days past. In the end they offered me a 57 for £20 more. We pushed for next day delivery, they said no they would rather cancel the order, they were very rude putting this point across! Not used them again.
Cheers Dennis
