Feel free to ask any questions, one of the experts will certainly respond, don't be afraid to ask anything, we were all beginners at some point.

However i noticed another forum member posted about a smoker i am tempted in, only i cant imagine how i can go low and slow and change it up for grilling? What says you???

That was me then.

I'm no BBQ expert and only recently getting into low and slow, but so far I'm having fun with this and producing some decent food. Yes, the build quality isn't great, but other than that I can't really complain. If I get one season out of it I'll be happy with spending the forty-odd quid it cost. For me it's a win-win: If I subsequently buy a Pro-Q or Weber Bullet having fired my passion for BBQ then the cooking process should only get easier/better, if I decide I really can't be bothered with low and slow then I've only wasted £40 and a few bags of fuel.
