Hi All
This may be a stupid question but i have been reading posts and the word "stoker" keeps popping up. Can somebody explain what this is or means.

It's a forced draft temperature control system. You connect it to your BBQ and it will control airflow to control your temperatures. Wonderful pieces of hardware but expensive.
