Hi guys ,
First post so please go easy.
I've just managed to get my hands on the 37 wsm as my intro in to smoking .
I had a go at a chicken yesterday and I realised how much I need a remote probe.
I can't afford another £45 on a maverick as the Mrs was not too chuffed with the £300 I dropped on ...
