Great Forums have been reading for a while and decided to join.
I have been BBQing for a few years well mainly burgers and sausages lol.

Recently got a Weber one Touch and am looking forward to trying some Smoking/indirect cooking.
Im sure i will have plenty of questions for you all in the next few weeks.
