Hello from Durham

Hi guys and gals,
Just signed up as we are having a bit of a revamp of our outdoor cooking facilities. We run a Horse livery business just outside Durham and our BBQ has in the past catered for 50 or so jolly horse riders and families. However it was built by the previous occupants on a whim. It had a huge 4'x3' cooking area, with a tiny roof level chimney. This resulted in no draw whilst the fire was being lit, smoke everywhere and when the wood was grey....it was so hot you still couldnt stand near it! A rotten roof has meant a remodel of our outdoor space....so a new BBQ is needed. Anyone else on here in / near Durham?
