Turkey on the XL BGE and I had to share.
20 people to feed and had a pork shoulder on the WSM overnight but wanted to post these as I am loving the BGE (only the second cook on it);
Before;
3hrs in at 325f so 1hr to go so chucked some spuds on as well;
