Been using an incinerator/biscuit tin contraption for the past year or so as we plan to move house and build a proper set up there. Just wanted to say hi from one beginner to another. I've just started really getting into low and slow cooking and smoking and joined the forum a couple of days ago. Just took a leap and brought my first proper smoker too, a Weber Smokey Mountain which I'm firing up this weekend for the first time. Your set up sounds fun though!
