Just had a loft ladder fitted so it's tidying up and sorting through stuff for the charity shop, maybe finding some old long lost DVD/CD. As to cooking we are playing it by ear but even if all goes well nothing great planned.

I hope watch Keiths DVD that he'd borrowed me, but as for cooking I've got to improve on my ribs score. So it's Ribs, ribs and more ribs!!

Was also thinking of practicing some ribs and some pork butts, using new partyQ as well

Change of plan!
Still belly pork, but whilst defrosting freezer found some brisket encased in ice, defrosting now!

Mrs Tiny is insisting I move the new big gas outback out of the front room and into the garden, my protest that the weber kettle had 6 weeks grace at the end of last summer before she insisted it moved out seemed to cut no mustard.
So if the weather allows then it will be home made burgers on Saturday, and a game of cricket against northern folk of Yorkshire on the Sunday.
Weather is evrything!
Cheers
Tiny
