Trying beef ribs for the first time in a fec120 today, the largest rib weighs 1lb 2oz. Turkey crown has just come off the smoker, brined for 48 hours, FTC till later to have with the ribs. Heres a pic of the ribs (hope this works). Didn't get a before pic of the turkey but, I'll post both cooked later tonight.

Personally i like to cook my beef ribs as whole racks so they come out like these
14hrs at 250f. No foiling or any messing around and they came out lovely and tender.
