hello from a newbie

thought I would say hello after hearing about the society on the simon mayo show,my american brother in law used to have his own bbq busieness and did fantastic pulled pork and 'boston butts' and a pretty mean brisket,he still has a smoker that hitches onto the back of his car for doing private jobs.just wish I had the time and patience he has but I do a pretty good smoked chook
