Hi
I haven't found much mention of the buckaroo in here and wondered what the consensus was on the mini ProQ? from what i've read its pretty much a Frontier minus a section. Once i get organised i will only really be cooking small 3-5kg pork shoulders, small brisket and chicken. I would like to try beer can chicken and wonder if the buckaroo will provide enough vertical room?

cheers

I must admit I thought they stopped the buckaroo a while back, its basically a frontier without one of the stackers, the amigo is their entry level and to be honest isnt that great quality. Having said that even if you are shipped a frontier missing a stacker under the label buckaroo it would still be a good place to start. my only concern would be he distance between charcoal grate and food and if you can stretch to a frontier that would be my recommendation.

I'm in deepest darkest Suffolk so Wolverhampton is a bit to far for me to travel!
So those with a frontier would normally cook a brisket or pulled pork on the upper section furthest away from the grill?

Cheers
