Hi There,

I have a Brinkmann Smoke ā€˜N’ Pit http://www.forfoodsmokers.co.uk/acatalo ... 39.00.html. Researching this style of cooker I noticed the deluxe version has the fire box on the side (as many pro smokers seem to have) and the main chamber acts as an offset cooker/smoker. I was thinking of making a DIY box to go on the side of my pit. Any suggestions or tips on methods, types of materials for this job would be greatly received. Thanks Ollie

an old gas cylinder or compresser tank may do the job.
(providing your gas cylinders are the same as our 9 kilo ones.)
Cheers.
