First Ribs & Chicken on the smoker

Hey guys, you probably saw my pork and brisket post, this time I went for a shorter cook with some spare ribs cut st louis and 2 chickens. The ribs were rubbed and cooked 3-2-1 style and the chickens for 4 hours (rubbed under the skin).
Altogether went well, definatley getting used to the firebox now and used apple wood again. I also made my own BBQ sauce and used apple juice ever 30-45 mins on the meat (which really came through in flavour). Anyway, heres some eye candy...
