Hi all, been lurking for a while since buying my PROQ frontier last year. I'm new to low and slow but spent many happy hours over the last year in the garden using my Weber kettle (this will always be my favourite) grilling and smoking.
I've been a bit lazy over the winter with almost no cooking over charcoal but that will change soon - I'm looking out now at the pouring rain, good job the wife has done curry tonight.
That's all for now.
Cheers. Mick
