I've been asked to cook pulled pork for someones wedding and one thing that i'm a little unsure of is how many pork shoulders would need to cook?
If i was to base this on each pork shoulder weighing in at around 8lbs how many would i need for say 100 people?

Try this from the BBQ Brethren, seems fairly comprehensive to me and stacks up to what I have done previously as a chef

When I've cooked for events in the past I've figured on 1/2lb uncooked weight per person.
