What to cook?

I've got my family coming over this weekend for a get together and i cannot decide what to cook.

I'm sure they're all bored of brisket, pork & ribs that i normally do when they come over and i fancy doing something different.

I was thinking of doing another beer can turkey but i have struggled to find anyone who's still selling turkeys, even a frozen one :(

So what else could i cook for them?

How about smoking up some home made meatloaf served with thin runner beans in a home made tomatoe, olive oil and smoked garlic sauce..............with chuncky chips, or a smoked jacket potatoe? :D

Not quite what i was thinking of i prefer to cook bigger cuts of meat or whole birds as it makes feeding a crowd a bit easier.

Brats and boneless, skinless chicken always go down well as do prawns and chorizo...I like to thinly slice the chorizo and kebab it with the prawns, a little EVO, some lemon and pimenton and then flash grill them, take off the skewers and serve in a Spanish kinda terracotta dish (a deep pot holder from the garden cte!) with salad, olives and extra lemon. Seems to get the "WOW" factor.

Serve it all up with some buns, flatbreads, extra salads (think Med.), some fries, antipasti, sauerkraut, pickles, etc, etc, etc.
