One of my neighbours just caught me as I returned from the local shops.
He was very complimentary about the pork, and commented that his wife had had a pork roll every evening this week!
For what I gave them to last that long, they obviously pile it less high than I do, but it is really nice to get feedback from someone not involved with the cooking.
