I honestly don't know because I didn't track the MIM event at all. ( I wasn't going LOL ) I'll have call around or you could email Jon or a member of the Grillstock team.

Al

Sorry Al,

I meant did last years Grillstock GC (I think was Cow Shed) come back to Grillstock? I can't find any overall results posted so I don't know which teams entered.

Not to worry, I'm sure the clean up operation is as big as the setup so there will be more info soon.

Well done to Mrs H too!

Yea it would be cool to see more teams over here. They would pull their hair out at a trip to Asda (Walmart) though

Any ideas who is thinking about it. Heath from Pork Barrel has mentioned it to me for next year.

I'm telling you now my 'BBQ Ryder Cup' idea has definately got some legs.
Get 5 or so teams over here next year ....give them a battering  then the year after do the same that side of the pond 8-)
Now who do we know that's good at organising these things.............

I had a fantastic time at Grillstock and it was great to finally meet the Sweetsmoke Dr in person. Was well impressed with the beast and the lurvely food it was churning out.
Also got to meet the Bodean's crew which was another personal highlight for me.

Love the idea, so top 5 teams in the circuit? who should we ask to organise the US team? Rod, Ryan any other suggestions?

Cant imagine the cost but it would be fun!!

I didn't think you would go for it - I would be glad to help in any way I could
Yes top 5 teams I think. We (you) have enough equipment to loan them. I thought Easter would be a good time as it wouldn't interfere with our existing comps / royal / jack.
Or maybe if we are going to the feastival next year we could do it there?
As far as organising over there - not sure really you steve and Adie have plenty of contacts though. Could we do it through kcbs?

Pork Barrel want to come over, Cancer Sucks have hinted at the same, Ryan with Big T'z, Rod is a no brainer, Harry Soo has relatives here, Swine Assassins would be a good team to get here, I think Jim Rhino would have to be a must just for entertainment and the shirts aside from his Q'ing.

Although on a personal and selfish note I would like to see the Templeton Rye team!

What about Rhino running it? High profile enough.
