Try reheating sous vide style in a zip lock bag in a pan of water.

I've found that even a fairly high end sous vide doesn't recreate the taste and texture, although it's a much better option than a microwave. Simplest thing to do would be to invite more people over, a man with barbecue and beer is always popular!

I live with my brother who has an 8 month old and is going through the stage of routine. No noise after 7pm etc or when he is napping in the day, so that kinda ruins a big BBQ

plus summer is all but over (crap summer this year)

I find that if I keep the Au Jus from the meat or make a beef stock, if I pour it over the meat then microwave or stick it in the oven it does the job perfectly. In fact that's what I did last night with the left over Beef Ribs I had

Try the same with pulled pork just keep all of the juices, fat taken off once chilled.
With Zip locks in hot water they can come open. Vac sealed Sous vide bags if you need to but the above saves all of the palaver

Best by would be to get some ear defenders for your brothers rugrat, then make as much noise as you want...!
