Just got them rubbed and now the long wait before i put them on the smoker.

I'll keep an eye out for the smoke signals coming from your direction :lol:

I injected the brisket with beef broth, the pork i injecteded with a apple juice, L&P, cider vinegar mix with a bit of rub added for good measure.

Both brisket and pork are getting close to take off temp' so i better get my cool box ready.

After my last few briskets being quite lacking in smoke i must say i was very happy with this one.
