With my limited knowledge and aversion to hot chillis I tend to stick with Newmans, JD Bourbon sauce or even Own Brand Bourbon sauce mixed with apple juice & pan juices.

have used Jack Daniels No 7 in the past (from the US not the UK version) and loved it! Just bought some Stubbs BBQ sauce and am going to be trying that as soon as it stops blowing a gale out there!

Not a BBQ sauce but I fell in love with Cholula chipotle hot sauce after a delay at Detroit airport. Throw it on everything!

Cholula make great sauces that are flavourful, not just hot! As Toby says, the chipotle variety is very moreish and I couldn't imagine a brisket taco without it!

John i have several cases of the stuff! haven't tried the normal hot, garlic and chili but they are outside too! If anyone is interested in trying it, Asda currently have it.

Just how hot are they? I can manage Nandos Garlic & Mild chilli

honestly, the chipolte sauce just packs a whole bunch of flavor, the heat is minimal.

Once a year Costco stocks this sauce Cattlemen’s Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce which I think is the best I have ever tasted, and not too spicy for my daughter
