A friend who tried the fudge (now all gone, tragically) suggested I added some red chilli flakes to the next batch.

I think it will overpower the smokey taste, but I am always game to try something new.

Eh up.

Are you tending to cold smoke via the Pro Q smoke generator?
Still haven't managed to procure one yet (Santa had other plans) but birthday is coming up soon, so it's definitely on the list.
Thought about placing it on the shelf below the top shelf in the UDS - would this work ok?
