They may well be food grade, but are they high temperature resistant?

We'll they're silicone so should be ok to about 250c I believe.

Just as an update, these were the wrong size. the hole in the centre is 5/16" rather than the panel hole being 5/16". My mistake, i misread the details.
Anyway, i finally found some that look exactly like the ones Maverick sell. £12 delivered to the UK for 25. They fit in a 5/16" hole and the probes sit really snugly in them.
