Costco is expensive but good quality. You can find similar quality for less from a good butcher. Not many butchers stock Aberdeen Angus beef though. Some things are good value - like chicken. They don't do much frozen meat like ribs - booker is best for that.

Hi All
If you already have a Macro card getting a Bookers card should be no problem as Bookers have bought out Macro.
Ditto Toby on Costco.

Costco are good if you decide to do a brisket on the day as they have stock, don't suppose butchers have many briskets out back, I may be wrong.
Just find the convenience of it handy at times plus when im there I usually spend to much money on goodies ;)

I think I seem to be one of the lucky ones when it comes to butchers, but I have to order brisket in if I want the whole thing. Thankfully the same isn't true of pork shoulders - I've never been unable to get up to three whole shoulders on demand, trimmed to spec.

I have used Campbells a couple of times now and been impressed with their meat (Their beef short ribs are excellent and really meaty). Price is OK as well. Just received a meat box this morning actually and noticed they chucked in a free jar of Scottish Shortbread which is a nice touch :)

I would recommend the wagyu from alternative meats, had a brisket from them in the summer and it was awesome!
Can't comment on the delivery I'm afraid as they're just 15 or so miles up the road so I collected. :D
