A foil marinade is exactly what it says on the tin, a marinade for in the foil. I use BBQ sauce, honey, margarine, demerrera sugar and chilli sauce. I put all this on some foil, place ribs in top meat side down then marinade the top then wrap. It's a rip off if the Johnny Trigg method.
