I would. My guess is that they'll be a one off because one of their butchers got seriously lazy

There was a good 60-70 racks just sitting there waiting to be bought, shame I can't buy them all.
Being Britain people weren't even giving them any attention and were buying the skinny ribs

I'd be tempted to just take the skin off, cut into sections of 3 ribs and cook them up with the belly still attached

I wouldn't wait for a taste test I'd bag and freeze as amny as I could afford to!!!!!

2 packs of very meaty spares in my fridge from Tesco, £4.50 a pack but on offer at 2 for £6, at that price you cant go wrong
I am having a wood musing moment, oak, apple, hickory, mesquite, pecan or cherry? decisions decisions.......
I did a shoulder last week with mesquite and apple and it was top, but I fancy doing something different any suggestions folks?

You have a good selection of woods Tiny, but 'm sad to say I really like Hickory for my ribs so that wood

be my choice.
