Thanks for the encouraging words people, it's good to know you are there. I'm happy the word FUN was included, thats what it's all about surely, fun social activity, and food'n'drink of course. If you can't have fun BBQing then you are seriously boring.

If it isn't fun it's a task or a chore, this Saturday I'm off to the Harry Soo class, then hosting a Father's Day BBQ on Sunday so just for a challenge I've ordered a suckling pig........as if entertaining the family wasn't enough . OK from the alarm going off to serving I'll be fretting and sweating but even then it will be fun looking at their faces when I lift the lid off the rotisserie
