Southern 11 have been open for about 18 months, its supposed to be a good format, one of jackies early ventures

I lived downtown by the exhibition centre and worked on Westview

southern 11 have operated a ''fast food'' style operation from The Arndale Centre for quite a while but more recently have opened a more upmarket ''bar/ restaurant'' type of establishment

cool. I lived out in Stafford/Sugarland. oh what a life it was...... hot weather, BBQ food and ice cold beer!

Not really, Scott. I know of the owner as he has been a food supplier to restaurants for many years.
