Cardinal Sin,
the rule is you must drink half of the beer in the can and use the other half in the chicken. In fact on many of an occasion I have drunk 3/4's the chuck don't need all that beer and it's the pitmasters prize!

Oh half the beer was drunk from each, then some
well i took a pic of the coals starting up, then forgot at the end. drank too many prizes.

wish i had remembered, I was rather proud of the first decent thing I'd cooked on a bbq.
hhmm what to try next, cant get decent ribs.

whats the deal with Costco? I have a business but its absolutely non food/retail related. Is it hard to get in?
the ribs i got off my local butcher were horrendous!! all fat.

You should be able to get a card, Costco isn't all food, they do food items but IMO not to the same level that bookers do.
I have an I.T business and have cards at them all.

thanks for that, yeah mine is also IT, I'll get a card though, now I know I can.
just looked up cedar planked salmon, I'm sure Bradford asda will sell cedar cooking planks

New to the forum, and eager to learn, although I have been gaining experience over a few years, I still feel there's more to improve on. My personal opinion is the more you put into something, the more you get out of it.
